Every piece of jewelry is made to order, this means the piece is created once an order is placed. I cannot accept return or exchanges. Please understand that each earring can take up to 4 hours or more. I give a very detailed description of the product and try to take the best quality pictures. 

However, if you have any issues with your order contact me immediately. 

Repairs and Replacements 

If a piece of your jewelry becomes damaged or if you lose and earring. please reach out to me. I recommend that you use the silicone backs that I provide with every order.
